The Psychological Warefare Continues

So I have to admit that my gut has been screaming at me these past couple weeks. Something with this bailout just isn't sitting right. 

I just read an article on Ron Paul's view of our current situation and he mentioned "martial law" and "civil unrest due to financial meltdown." Martial law. Civil unrest. 

To back up this whole idea of civil unrest, um, what are these portable, prison-like cells in Utah going to be used for?
